We have developed sophisticated remodeling in the reconfiguration of designs for bathrooms and kitchens giving smart solutions for some of the most complex construction projects being done today. With the many projects the company has completed, we have accumulated many years of professional experience in the remodeling industry.
Smart Ideas Services, LLC, can adapt to almost any construction requirement that calls for remodeling. The company's expert staff has the capability to design and manufacture any custom component or accessory item that may be required to complete the package.
Our primary function is to provide new ideas in the construction process of remodeling, reconfiguration of kitchens and bathrooms for residential homes and commercial businesses.

Patricio Romero
Patricio has been working in the construction industry for the last 25 years. He has gained experience in the remodeling business doing both sides of construction; commercial and residential. He developed many renovation projects in which consisted of the turnaround of apartments for the rental community of Arlington, VA. He was also in charge of the east side division in which he was responsible for units from Boston to Miami. After a while Smart Ideas Services was born to give our clients a more personalized and unique style for their homes.
Alba Mora
After meeting Patricio on their very first project at Renaissance at Tyson in Falls Church VA, not only did they decide to create Smart Ideas Services, but to partner for life. They thought it would be fun to come up with “smart ideas” for homeowners that needed help with their homes whether it was a complete structural reconfiguration or just a small make over. Alba is usually working with their team of designers and architects to give our clients a new look and or more versatile functioning kitchens and bathrooms. It has been 15 years since they decided into this endeavor of the remodeling industry.
Nestor Martinez
Key team member, responsible, and a reliable asset in all aspects of our business. He has been a key member since he is the master project manager in the Metro DC, and VA areas. Nestor is at the job site from the first day to the very last. He is responsible to meet other subcontractors and to make sure plans flow accordingly with drawings and specifications. Nestor has been working with Smart Ideas since 2012.
Jonathan Mercado
Jonathan is responsible and a team player who always makes sure new employees feel comfortable and always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right the first time around. Jonathan has been a team member since 2018. He is our master project manager in Broward county-Florida. He is also responsible for the turnaround of apartments in our newest projects at Milano in Miramar meeting with other subcontractors and making sure plans flow accordingly with drawings and specs.
Jim Gardiner
UVA graduate, lead designer, and consultant with Smart Ideas since 2014. We have done it all…from small to big — great, inspired, functional designs.
